This is cool Dale. Did you pan or is it photoshop? I see 1/50th sec which would also cause the blur of the eagle but I'm wondering if it's a combination of that and panning since the background also has motion blur. I like the impressionistic effect. I was in the London tube today and I took a few of moving trains. I'll post soon.
