Emmaeus (one of the possible sites- there are conflicting records about the distance of Emmaeus from Jerusalem) The Israel Museum Dead Sea Scrolls are housed in this building, which was made to look like one of the jars in which they were found. Human Shaped coffins from the 13th century BCE, found on the southern costal plain.

Too many beautiful mosaics and frescos to show Holy Thursday Liturgy (including the washing of feet) in the Upper Room (the Cenacle) Very crowded and dark Back outside. Waiting for the Franciscans to process out so that we can get back in the Cenacle.
