Ok from the top: Rice, Opihi (a local sea snail tastes like clams… not my fav), fried Butterfish Collar (sooo good), Poi (not bad, actually pretty neutral taste… starchy filler), Kalua Pig (Roast pork, very very good), Salmon Lomi (eh, it’s ok..like ceviche), Haupia (coconut jello…dessert, I liked it), some Hawaiian red sea salt, and finally Short ribs Pipikaula Style.
