On March 9th 2014 the 20th annual Mystic Krewe of Mardi Paws parade was held in Mandeville, Louisiana. The parade is held to benefit various charities of the North Shore. The parade Celebrity Monarch is Ian Somerhalder from the TV show "Vampire Diaries" and "Lost". The estimate on the number of people at this parade is around 15000. I think that number is low!
