Beverly S. Sheffield Northwest District Park in Austin was one of the first city parks I visited when I moved to Austin in 1965. When my oldest daughter, who now has 8 of her own children, was an infant, her mother and I used to take her to 'Northwest Park'. Over the years I have returned to this wonderful place and photographed the scenery, people, and wildlife there in just about every imaginable season, time, and weather condition. I still love to go there, and this gallery shows why.
