June 30 - July 2, Homer and Return Home

The last two days of our 'Alaskan Adventure' were spent in Homer, on Kachemak Bay. We stopped by Anchor Point Recreation Area just outside Homer to photograph eagles on the beach. While in Homer we took an excursion to Halibut Cove aboard the 'Danny J' to see 'Gull Island' and more eagles. July 1st we headed back to Anchorage for the night and flew back to Austin on July 2nd.
