Today, April 24, 2018 I just saw this beautiful bird on my hummingbird feeder trying to suckle some of the liquid. I have never seen this bird before but was amazed at the glorious colors. I have never seen this bird before in this area, in Rusk county inside the city of Henderson. Wish I had a camera with me as it is a very beautiful colored bird.

I live just West of Houston and have a bird feeder in my yard. This guy has visited a couple of times. At least - this is the onlt bird in the photos that has an all orange belly.

I live just outside Dallas Tx.and have beenseing these birds about twice a year for the past 3years.didn't know Oirole were native to Tex (maybe they are just guest for awhile)
