As a general rule, thrushes are amazing singers and one of my all-time favorites is the song of the Wood Thrush. It was pretty exciting to get a nice close look at this one when birding recently around the Sabine Pass area and if that wasn’t enough the woods were full of the amazing song of these beauties.
