Osprey has to be one of the most wide-spread bird species on the planet and I have enjoyed seeing photos of them from all over. This Osprey from Surfside Texas taken last month, however, pretty much sums up the essence of what an Osprey is for me. Flying around the winter sky with a half-eaten mullet.
