Starlings get a bad wrap here in the USA but in Africa we were sure excited to see them and wow some of them were fantastically colorful. This Superb Starling was one of many that we saw and like many of the common species that we encountered we were discouraged from spending time on them but WOW, how can you have a camera in your hand and not take photos of something as beautiful as this?
