This is one of several Cocoa Thrushes that we saw during our visit to Trinidad last month. For whatever reason they were shy birds and it ended up taking a good deal of effort to get a good shot of one. I find it amusing that I spent as much time as I did trying to get a good photo of such a bland bird in a place with so many colorful and flashy ones.
