The Grayish Baywing was a bird that we saw a lot of in the Pantanal but one that really seemed to be a photo tease. They would be in the perfect place for a photo until a camera was pointed in their direction, at which time they would seemingly instantly move to an undesirable position. Here’s one of the better shots I ended up with, you should have seen the view a few seconds before the image was taken! Ha!!!
