Before Christmas I made a trip down to the Rio Grande Valley of Texas with a friend to do a little bird photography. One morning we started the day at the big river near Falcon State Park, one of my favorite places to bird in the state. Bird activity was decent and we managed some nice photos but I think my favorite was of this fisherman in the fog. It was such a peaceful experience.
