I took a ferry across Lake Tonle Sap to a town called Kampong Chhnang, and then rode the 95km into Phnom Pehn, the capital, the next day. It is getting really hot around here, but everyone keeps telling me it only got hot right before I got here. I stayed with an amazing woman who works for the Peace Corps, and her home was the sanctuary I needed in this crazy town.
