There were a lot of stray dogs in Athens, all over the city. We were told that they are rounded up, given shots, neutered if needed, issued collars and let free. People feed them and they receive medical care if it is needed. While we were standing there a nice lady brought food for this sweet pup, who was right outside the entrance to the Acropolis.
