A 40 minute tour of Sonoma and Marin counties by air from the Sonoma Airport. It was a birthday gift from my wife, and I enjoyed it very much. The air quality was just about perfect, making the views much more clear than usual.

They offer both tours over wine country or to the bay and also aerobatic flights. The couple who went up before me took the aerobatic flight. They were given parachutes, just in case. They also suggested that guests keep their belongings where they would be safe. Of course, people ignore that when it comes to cellphones, and the woman on the aerobatic flight dropped her phone while trying to take video during a loop. I just wanted to take photos. I grew up in the North Bay (Napa) and the whole area is both familiar and special.
