Was doing a little research on early pop bands & recorded Music in Tasmania including Van Dieman / Candle records and Jazzer Smith. He was a jounalist with the Mercury in the 70s' writing up & promoting young local bands of which my band was written up also !
He was a truely inspiring charactor. Thanks for the storey and photos. Brought back a few memories.
