This is what Jim Carter Parts calls "detailed installation instructions" for the wiring harness they sell. Granted, the harness itself is very nice but why lie about this and then just shrug and walk away when the customer complains. This (and a few other similar cases of customer disrespect) is why I no longer deal with these people.
