I didn't like the way the door gaps looked so I decided to even them up a little. Not to show car quality but just better than what I had which was pretty bad with gaps ranging from 3/8" to touching. Again, working with a questionable cab and doors from another two trucks I'm just chalking this up to having done a lot of things that could affect the gaps.

Regardless, tight gaps were ground down and where I ground through the fold I welded the edge. Wide gaps were filled with 1/8" welding rod as shown here.
