Locating the mounting brackets was a bit of a hassle but if you mark the locations before you cut the old off it's not a big deal. Unfortunately the center brackets on both my RB's were fried so I had to locate them by bolting the RB to the front and rear hanger and then marking the location of the center bracket based on the hole alignment.

BTW, one mounting bracket and the reinforcement have to be trimmed to fit.
