Spent the day getting the cab jacked up to install the cab mount and floor. At least an hour was spent trying to fix some shoddy workmanship by the PO.

So the mystery of the 2x6 is solved. I just creates a ledge so I can use a 2x4 and a simple bottle jack to raise the front of the cab so I can finish with the floor and cab mount.
