Another look at the front fit. The cowl panel is in too far. Probably the only way to fix this will be to slice the flange on the new cowl and move the skin out so that it's pushed out to line up with the edge of the door, but I'll have to have a closer look before doing any cutting. There will be details on this fix to follow.
