Spent a lot of time playing with the fit of everything. I used sheetmetal screws to hold the outer cowl in place instead of clecos so the door can be hung. Nothing more I can do until the doors are hung. Tomorrow is a down day but the day after I hope to rebuild the hinges and hang the door. I'm tired of diddling around with this and want to see some progress and start welding. My biggest problem is lack of facilities... I have to borrow the use of a friend and his shop to rebuild the hinges, and it's taken what seems like forever to sync up our schedules.
