I spotted three of these little gems while walking the dog on a trail near Shawnigan Lake. I have never seen Orchids in the wild here before. This flower was on a stem about 3 inches long and the flower itself is less then an inch in size. Could somebody from the Naturelists group fill in the particulars on this beautiful little flower. As you can see it was raining.
