WOLF DOG

Large wolf dog cross ( wolf & Malamute ) seen while out taking pics.
This animal first caught my attention as it trotted towards and past me, because of the amazing wolf
characteristics, including large stature and even the very gait of the animal.
The wolf dog gets its exercise as it follows its owner along the Skutz Falls foot paths as the owner travels by kayak.

Oh, you sure know lots about wolves; I have never seen a such a light coloured wolf until you sent me the website on them.

Hi Heather,
Thanks for the kind compliment!The color is indeed an acceptable wolf shade. I've seen many a wolf in pics and on National Geographic programs that are the same color. He is crossed with a Malamute and the buff and or wheaten shade is in unacceptable color for that particular breed.

He sure looked like a wolf when he was trotting down the road, except for his colour.
