With the recent rains that have fallen, the Little Qualicum Falls was moving a large volume of water at excessive speed down it's pathway toward to the ocean. This image of the upper falls was taken with a tripod at 0.6 second to create a silky movement. The sun was shining through the trees at the top left, to create a few light rays. With this volume of water and the speed it was moving, the falls produced a refreshing spray that I was able to feel while standing on the safe side of the fenced off area.
