I believe this is moss; however I may be wrong...Any input is greatly appreciated

Never thought of lichen Heather. I dragged out my plants of coastal BC book and looked in the lichen section. It doesn't appear to be Lungwort as suggested but Fishnet (Ramalina menziesii). Thank you for sending me in the right direction.

I believe it is a lichen, Lobaria pulmonaria. thanks for the diversion. Heather S
