Minimal Manipulation Images

CAPA MINIMAL MANIPULATION Minimal manipulation's purpose is to record a "document photograph" which is a truthful representation of reality, the focus being on photographic abilities with less of an emphasis on post processing. This competition was meant for those members who wished to compete in a competition that maintains the original image content with minimal adjustments. A variety of photographs were acceptable including abstracts. The photographer could make enhancements in the camera (zooms, pans, multiple exposures, blurs, cropping). Modifications and enhancements in the digital darkroom were restricted to dodge, burn and sharpening to improve the overall presentation of the original captured image e.g., improved contrast/tonality.
