 CAPA 2022 LINES AND CURVES COMPETITION

Lines and curves have a significant compositional role that focuses
the viewer’s attention on some part of the image and influences the
interpretation of the image. Lines and curves can also add a sense
of movement.

For this competition, CAPA judges were seeking images that contained
lines and/or curves that captured attention and enhanced appreciation
of the submitted image.

All images in this gallery were submitted to the CVCC for
pre-judging. The top six images were then submitted to the
sponsoring organization for their consideration.

The first six images in this gallery are those chosen for
submission to the competition. Posted points were assigned by
the sponsoring organization’s judges.

The remaining images in the gallery are those that were submitted
for the preliminary judging, but not selected for the final round.
