I have a couple of friends who often get up before dawn to pay some guy to run them through some boot camp style exercise Bruce and this totally makes me think of them and their "binge" exercise. I like the conversion too.

This is an interesting take on the topic, Bruce. It's nice to see all these folks out getting some exercise...but were there really as many jiggles as it would appear? BTW I agree with Penny that the B & W is a good choice for this shot.
