oh better. I knew tv was right about the crop, but I couldn't decide which way it should go. You didn't compromise anything either - good job.

Yeah, Tom. That bothered me, too, so I cropped it some. I think it's better not cutting him off at a joint (The Rule of Crop). Thanks. ~Lydia

The severing at the waist makes me uncomfortagle especially since the reflection does not restore the missing body. It would work better if it seemd to be deliberate by cropping the reflection at the same point. Expertly exposed and captured though, and exceptional for the lack of pp filters. I like that part a lot. -tv

I agree the crop is just right, it's just that a bit more clear reflection towards the bottom would have been perfect. Then again perfect picys is normally a blokes thing:-)

Another nice action shot Lydia! Great reflection and good spray too! Looks like the boys are having fun - how about your daughter? :-) CJ

Thanks for the comments, guys!

I was going to crop off the disturbed water below, but then it sort of makes the top part look 'chopped off' instead of composed. I think it needs the natural crop of the body to balance the top harsh crop of the body.

My kids were a bit put off that I took so many photos of them without their heads. :) ~Lydia

I feel an odd sensation when I look at Lydia's bleeding borders:-) Like Iso I find this picy more edgy than the other one by the way you framed it, well done megirl. The only thing taking a little edge off it is the disturbed water at the bottom interfering with the reflection, without that I would like this one better. I like edgy:-)

I feel an odd sensation of movement trying to assert itself against the otherwise static pressures of this image, amplified by the added fixture of the layered border. -tv

I like this because of the quirky nature, but I do think Liquid Force is the superior, albeit different, image.

This is really good, Lydia, especially the reflection.
