Nice pose of the Heron but there's something about the focus or processing that is distracting, especially around the head, neck, and bill, or is it motion blur? Good idea though, Lydia. :-) CJ

To anyone perplexed by my comment in the forum, here it is: a perfect example of "vectors", which here generate a sense of forward and upward force and movement. Notice how the lines describing the shape of the wings, the thrust of the legs, the craning of the neck and head all contribute to the feeling of powerful movement. -tv
