Thanks Charlie. I had planned on shooting only the meter and yellow pole when the guy walks up and starts reading the instructions. I shot several and in this one the other blue shirts appeared. What luck! -tv

Very nice. Yellows and blues everywhere. The yellow hand in the background, the lady with blue shoes, two blue shirts and a blue coat, a yellow book, yellow lights, and of course the star actor.

Thanks Lydia. Is that how you spell those devices (I misspelled the photographic reference). :-)
Thanks Carole and Penny for noticing the compositional devices. -tv

Another great street shot Tom and I like the way the yellow shirt balances the image with the yellow posts! :-D CJ

I like the way the man's two feet are lined up the same as the bottom of the two yellow poles. (It's almost like the poles have toes too!)

Be careful that you don't get pregnant, TV!! ~Lydia

Thanks for the comments. I recently bought a Novoflex adaptor to mount the Nikkors on the Canon. Normally, it is a bit clumsy to use for changing lenses because it must be attached first to the lens before attaching the lens to camera. However, since an accident when the camera was knocked out of my hand seven feet to the pavement, the adaptor doesn't want to be removed from the camera body but the Nikkor lenses still connect smoothly. So now I have a "Canonikon" body. I cannot use Canon lenses, but, ironically, I can now use my numerous old Nikkors that cannot be used on Nikon digital bodies without modification of the original mount. The only major drawback is manual focusing and stop down metering in Av mode (no autodiaphram). -tv

You are doing a wonderful job with street photography. How are you using a Nikon lens on a Canon?

Whadyoudo, tv? Stand there and wait all day(s?) for someone in yellow and blue to walk up to pay for parking? *grin* Well done! ~Lydia
