I too lived in Seattle for 6 yrs, when StarB was really ramping up. We preferred Seattle's Best, until StarB acquired them:( -Angioman

Good job with the selective focus Angio. I heard once that statistically you still end up with regular coffee something like 40% of the time even though you ask for a decaf. That's why I stay away from coffee in the evening. Being from Seattle, I feel a need to apologize for the way Starbucks is so entrenched in our culture. Many of us here do our best to never go in one, which requires a lot of dodging around (not only is the coffee mediocre but the company CEO sold our pro basketball team to an out of State buyer). I have five Starbucks within one city block of my office- seriously! I was quite pleased to hear recently that they will need to actually start closing some stores- maybe there is some irony in that too :-) ~Brent

I think a Starbucks decaf is two short blacks a nip of whiskey & two nips of rum so it's quite easy to doze off after one of these, look how contented the missus looks:-) I would prefer the missus to be in focus & not the silly cup.................I like blonds:-)
