I tried out your suggestion of it in B&W, but I wasn't happy with the result.
But in playing around with the image, I tried adjusting the saturation - the result I've posted.
It retains a hint of colour in the hand, and importantly the gold of the ring.
I agree - great shot of the hand. I think b&w may suit this better - but then we wouldn't know it was a gold band :( I say try it in b&w... and keep the name... doesn't matter if it is gold or not cause that's not the rhyme :) jano
