The lizard shot was a hard call at first but by the very narrow depth of field it seemed to work. It could be said that the focal point is the nose so is off topic but because the rest of the face is blurred & visible it seemed to make the nose look more a part of the face than just being a picy of a nose. Here the DOF is much larger & looks to be a whole face & a whole eye, so is off topic.......I think:-)
Sorry Ann - forgot to comment on piccy itself!! Love the vertical lines on kitten echoed in horizontal shadows and the expression in her eyes. Very cute and watchful...claire
Rod these get harder and harder to call. How different is this to the lizard/snake face shot for what is visible? I think we just have to leave it to you as King Host to give the thumbs up or down and live with your decisions...claire

Lovely light Ann well done but I can't see any part thereof in this picy. The focal point seems to be its right eye (on our left):-) Even though the right ear hole is only a part thereof I think this one can be called off topic ......................Unless Claire tells me otherwise:-)
