Rule: Don't overexpose; don't center image
Reason: Wanted to emphasize the ice on the branches and grasses;
liked the leading line of the fence to the center of the tree
The tree and fence give you a "C" curve, justifying the centering, although there's a hint of rule of thirds, it's not strongly adhered to, well justified by the leading line/c-curve composition. Qualified. ~ Lonnit
