Rule of thirds is still applying. Top of frame - the white section exits the frame directly on the line of thirds. The red band at the top runs right through the upper left and upper right intersection of thirds, as the thin, bottom red lines which parallel them, run directly through the lower left and right intersections of thirds. There are several more more-subtle instances as well. You can't claim rule of thirds. Clear subject? I think the subject is the whole interaction of all these wonderful lines and colors. I love the look of this. What is going on at the top of that building? Is that a water tower? Why/how does it look like an illustration? Is that steam? Fantastic find! Hunt me down another rule that qualifies b/c I don't want to lose this one from the challenge! ~ Lonnit
