I don't quite understand what you did, but when looking at this, the 3D pops right out at me ! Well done and a true artissstttt, as Rod would say.

The master stroke is the pen breaking the frame of the tablet that plays with the brain. Nice job. -tv

Thank you CJ and b.c. for commenting. Sorry about being over-sized b.c. - it's all fixed now. - Kelly

another great idea Kelly, such creativity and effort! the 3D appearance of the hands and pens make it really stand out.

OMG that sounds like a lot of work, but it really paid off with a great image! I'm too lazy and lack the knowledge to do something like this so I'll just have to sit back and admire your work! ;-D CJ

Thanks Charlie and Sharon - this actually is both two dimensional and three dimensional. Starting with three photos combined into a single layer; the tablet, upper arm and lower arm, then transformed (Ctrl+t), Distort so that only the active area of the tablet filled a document 12" x 12", then printed on a large format printer, trimmed and slipped under the clear plastic wear surface of the tablet. Then three more photos; tablet, upper hand and lower hand. - Kelly

Great idea, Kelly! And, once again, beautifully executed! Good work! ~Sharon

It's hard to tell if this is three dimension or two dimension, so the illusion works beautifully. Very well done.

Ole MC would roll over in his grave if he saw this:-)
