I have some more without the out of focus "thing". I picked this one to do just the opposite of the challenge but still meet the framing requirements of no open picture space. See my comments in the Challenge discussion. John

great idea for a different look at this well-photographed and incredibly beautiful spot. and nice job improvising with what you had! too bad you didn't frame that blurry thing in lower R corner out of the shot at the time, but anyhow regardless a great shot - b.c.

This is actually quite nice as an unprocessed image and anyway I love the location. It conveys quite well the wide open "uncluttered" spaces of the Canadian Rockies. -tv

Our film camera had run out of film for the day and we just came across this lake and the light was fading fast. Once in a lifetime treat for our 25 anniversary. I had an cheap 2MP Toshiba in my pocket. The mountains were so tall that I couldn't even take a shot and get the sky, so I looked down. Took a series of 8 reflections on this incredibly still lake at near dusk. Still some of my favorites when they come on my wallpaper. Not great shots but great memories. This isn't cropped - not enough pixels or lens to play with. John
