Geez you made a really nice looking shot here Mary Anne & the overcast light gives a great looking colour. The distinct markings makes it really hard to to say this isn't a pattern shot but I've pinged some others about their shots not being pattern dominated. This does tend to fall into the category of a shot of a subject rather than a shot of a pattern. It's a fine line we're talking about a:-) But well done on a terrific shot of the wotsit.
