This is one of those very rare captures at the precise moment of extreme intensity that makes us feel it. Maybe modern camera technology makes is somehow a little easier to catch, but it still has a wonderful impact. The body language and elementally ecstatic facial expressions tell it all. The composition provides a competing transformation of the entire structure into a transformer of sorts instigated by the eye-like lamps under the carriage. Great one, Charlie. -tv
Nice colorful shot Charlie, the riders sure seem to be having fun. We were thinking of going to the Puyallup Fair (bet nobody outside the State can pronounce that) later today but found out we can't bring our dogs unless they are going to be showing there. Maybe next year when they are older and can be left alone longer- I like petting the baby pigs :-)
