I like the simple detail of this chair, I'm not sure about the focus, as I quite like the subtle abstract effect, giving a soft look. I find the figure in the background distracting as it spoils the clean lines of the top of the chair. Maurice

Agree with Tom. Generally speaking, the closest part ought to be in-focus. Tom's suggestion of deeper DOF is a good one also.
Still simple and elegant. Well done Armin, and nice to see you posting in Eligible.

The sepia tones work very well, but my preference would be for a deeper dof or at least the closest surface sharply defined. Good potential. -tv
