I like how the wind has been captured in this and the effect on the hair! was this a Synchro Flash shot?

Besides the hair blowing all over the place, I like how everyone is leaning into the wind on this Armin! The wind must have been really strong this day, even the orange shirt is pressed against the guy's body. CJ
