I can see it too. Without a doubt not a partial desat. Even if it was it would be tastefully done I'm sure. I agree with Tv on all levels, a very nicely captured shot.

I believe you. The bright orange certainly works well against the background which contrasts in every way - hue, texture, and of course, saturation. Nicely seen and captured. -tv
