Not sure what sort of bug it is (someone may know?) but it's body was about 3/4" long and the feelers around 2". It was sitting on the edge of the rubbish bin and the light behind it just made it glow as you see it. Thought it would have gone by the time I got the camera so it was a very quick shot.

The lighting is wonderful. Exactly what size is this little guy? From the way the light shines through parts of the body, I'm assuming he's pretty small.

Yup, "nearly caught" a great one. Difficult choice. Antennae burnt out but body wonderfully translucent. Anyway a real eye-catcher. -tv

Love it! The lighting makes him seem to be glowing from the inside.
A wonderful shot with so many nice things working for it. The lighting, it's awesome. Backlighting this little creature as such. The composition works very nicely and the DOF too. It's cyrstal clear with excellent focus.
