It took me awhile to figure out what I'm looking at here. I like the idea, and with a bit of post-processing, I think the shot would have much more impact. Have you tried increasing the contrast so the sheet has more of the glow that probably attracted you to this in the first place? As it is now, the pic looks too flat, but that can be easily fixed.
