This is macro of a ripple of water that was flowing under a tree in the fall. The colors of the golden leaves were reflecting on the water. As you can imagine, the moving water and pulsating motion makes it pretty much impossible to select a DOF because as soon as you click- *poof*- its moved. BUT I like the effect.
Its a bit disturbing for me. To only see one line of focus and everything else out of focus, then, that line doesn't tell me anything. It kind of makes me motion sick. If that's the point, then the image has succeeded. Cheers, -mikey
