Thanks Alexeig:-) Not that it matters to the shot but this was a sunrise:-)

Nice subtle sunset tones

Thanks Brent:-) No up here our rainy season is normally around the hot months sort of Januaryish. But we didn't get any. We still have severe water restrictions but the signs for rain are starting to look up. This shot is typical lately with a small fall of rain at sunrise & sunny all day. This would be perfect weather if the dams were full but they're 75% empty & going down.

This is a very pleasing shot Rod. I didn't see the B/W version, but this color looks very nice. Looks like you guys have been having a lot of weather the past week. Is this normally a rainy season there?

This time the missus is right. This is a keeper. It makes me want to go talk to that fisherman. -tv

Thanks Tommy & Doug:-) Here's the colour one the missus said I should post, she's out selling charity raffle tickets so I posted the B&W version more to make it not so comparable with the sunrise shot but I think the colour works better.

Rod's in a bit of a different time zone there Tom. And he gets up early too. -COAmature

Good stuff Rod. That little fisherman in the distance and the patch of rain give a nice feel for distance. -COAmature

Holy ****! You camera sees into the future - its still May 18 but this date is May 19. Or maybe I'm late to my daughter's graduation. She's going to be bummed that her old man missed it. Re the picy, a little (tiny bit) contrasty on this monitor. Otherwise nicely detailed with the fisherman and rain showers standing out among the otherwise uniform lateral elements. I'm going to have to work hard since I don't have these wonderful seascapes and clouds to work with. I think I'll replace the old stuff in Exibition with some of yesterday's NY rainscapes.-tv.
