Technically excellent. As an old teacher said (not to me), "you have the eye and the reflexes". But I would like to see this in color - maybe to understand why the decision of monochrome sepia? Stieglitz preferred monochrome too, for understandable reasons. IMHO, children's faces lose something in monochrome, but admittedly a solution for color gone amuck. -tv

This could be a home run picture in a lot of topics. Not to sure it fits this one though. -COAmature

This is an interesting twist on the topic!! I love the way the bat is just out of player's hands and the eyes are focusing to a point in the distance. What a great capture. I'm not sure I personally care for the color tint... perhaps a little too purplish/mauve for me. I like it nonetheless. jano

Wot do you mean "her eyes" Is this a girly game:-) I see what you mean now Bruce she's looking at the distance of the ball.....................Why didn't you get the ball in the top left of the shot then:-)hehe

Rod, it's okay, I don't think they play baseball in your neck of the woods. The title reflects the idea (hopefully captured in her eyes) that she just knocked the ball out of the stadium. I admit, it's a roundabout way to the topic, but it seems like I'm always straying on the edge. -- Bruce

Very nice shot Bruce but I can't see the topic reflected in the shot mate:-)

Very nice moment caught. A lot of concentration in her eyes.
